Love the Duet

I love the beginning of the story. Can't wait for the next audiobook to be released.

Great Story

I'm not normally into audio books but since this one wasn't very long and by an author I like, I decided to listen. I enjoyed the story very much and actually enjoyed listening to the story.

No reverse harem in this book, only reason not 5*s

I really enjoyed this fun story a lot. I would have given it 5 stars, and I considered taking 2 stars away because the title is Freak Show: A Reverse Harem Paranormal Romance, but there is NO reverse harem or harem of any kind in this book, but I did enjoy the story and hope there actually is a reverse harem in the next book or in the series at least.
The Story: 4 stars
Melody is likable, fun and a cutie, Connor is likable, fun and a hottie. Life brought them to the carnival from separate paths and the carnival brought them together.
The Performance: 5 stars
Both narrators did a great job in a duet performance. I believed them throughout the story as they brought it to life.
Overall: 3.5 stars
There was NO reverse harem, no harem at all and it was barely paranormal as well.
I would have given 5 stars in each category because I enjoyed it, but the title is false advertising. I think the title of the first book in the series should have just been Freak Show: Harem of Freaks, Book 1 ) And maybe the series should have been called Reverse Harem of Freaks or something like that, if there is going to actually be a reverse harem in the series. I'm going to read and listen to the next book now. I'm expecting a reverse harem to at least get started in book 2 or I will be disappointed.
