  • Back in 2016, California voted to legalize recreational cannabis and businesses in the weed industry, as well as the tax revenue they generate, were supposed to grow rapidly.

    Although some companies have succeeded, the state's cannabis market is under-performing compared to Michigan, which legalized weed only two years after California.
