As if they didn’t have enough to worry about, a new threat to their happy family has them considering drastic measures to protect the ones they love the most. While storms rage all around them, Sam and Nick take refuge in each other and find the strength they need to carry on.

Can’t get enough of Sam and Nick!

I don’t know how Marie is able to keep writing stories that keep you on the edge of your seat. Love this couple and their adorable kids. Eva Kaminsky is an awesome narrator. She is great at all voices!

Dang this series is so good!

Excellent in all things. Drama, gripping, heartfelt, suspense! This series has it all. Sam Holland is a women to recon with.

Great Edition to a Fantastic Series

There are so many “best” parts to this book and all of Marie Force’s other books. The twists and turns and cliffhangers are the best I’ve ever read. I love how this series has it all. Love, romance, suspense, politics, adorable kids, and nail biting who dunnits. If you haven’t read the Fatal Series/First Family Series, you are missing out.
No other author that I know does has much as Marie does to interact with her readers. She is a gem! I own all 102 books Marie has written and there isn’t a loser among any of them. Do yourself a favor and give her a try.
