I loved the twist and turns

I didn't like the reading of the book, it was slow, paused in wrong spots (making me think my book had stopped), and pronounced words weird. Also, the book was missing some parts and didn't lead into things in a smooth way.

Good Book

I really enjoyed this series. Both Books have your attention from beginning to end . These were the first books from the author and I enjoyed them

Another urban novel about a weak female

As always, I hold high hopes for the character development for the female characters and once again I’m disappointed. Black female authors, always give the impression that black women will cave when it comes to a man and don’t know loyalty. I excuse it when the writer is male but when it’s female, i cringe. You’re telling me that a man slept with his best friends high school crush, had a baby by the crush and never told anyone even after reuniting with his best friend and her sister. Starts dating the sister and then sells her out to the his brother to protect his dying daughter (who dies five seconds later anyway), never even told her brother so he could go get her, and after all of that, she forgave him within a couple weeks- even stabbing her brother in the back to do it. Smh another urban novel about a weak female I guess.
