  • Summary

  • In northwestern Connecticut, set in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, the township of Cornwall offers a settled lifestyle full of outdoor events such as hiking, skiing, and fishing. Titled the “Greenest Town in Connecticut,” it is a very attractive place for people to settle down and experience a small-town lifestyle with a vibrant culture steeped in the arts.

On the outside, it looks like nothing more than a place to go to experience a haven from the bustling city life that the East Coast is known for. But travel not but 4 miles south along Furnace Brook Road, you’ll eventually run into Dark Entry Road. Turn down Dark Entry Road, and you’ll find the ruins of what was previously Dudleytown, reportedly one of the most cursed places in New England, if not the whole country.

This is a fictional story based on real information and real locations. The characters of the story are made up, but the background provided on Dudleytown is based on real stories. So please, turn off the lights, grab a snack, and enjoy the story I’m about to tell.
