Dingo and Mei was amazing story. I love that all the books are intermingled. This isnt the first book ive listened to in this series. I love how the men are tough, rough and dangerous but become teddy bears for their women. Umi Markkanen of course made the book amazing.

The opening of Dingo throws you straight into the dark, gritty world of the Devil's Fury MC. Meiling’s backstory is heart-wrenching, and you’re immediately rooting for her to find safety and love. Dingo is the ultimate protector—fierce, loyal, and willing to burn the world down for the woman he loves.

Umi Markkanen’s narration pulled me in from the start. Her voice added depth to the characters, making the story even more gripping. Umi Markkanen did an incredible job.

Dingo is not your typical romance. It’s raw, emotional, and unapologetically intense. Harley Wylde tackles heavy topics while delivering a story of love and healing. It’s not an easy listen, but it’s worth it if you’re prepared for the emotional rollercoaster.

Would I Recommend This Book?
Absolutely—with some caveats. If you’re a fan of dark romance with heavy themes and don’t mind some intense subject matter, this book will have you hooked. It’s an insta-love story that’s raw, emotional, and filled with steam. However, check the content warnings, this isn’t a light or easy listen.

Made me MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Harley Wylde and the characters she creates. Now my issue is the way they treated Beau in this one. Let me roll back.

This one was a hard read because of the way we want to believe the foster care system protects children but we learn everyday that there are those who falls through the background investigation and they turne out to be horrible and just plain uugghhhh. This is what this book showed. Meiling was abused from a small child and forced to do things that are horrifric for an adult, you cannot imagine what it is for a child. Beau was in the same hell as Meiling but he got away. He never forgot her but he was a child that got away. Meiling never hated him for it but the the way the MC treated Beau when they found out how they knew each other was just wrong in my book.

I do love that Dingo was an older guy (40 years) and was only trying to give Meiling what he thought she wanted...a life without him and with a younger man until she just told him I WANT YOU!! I FEEL SAFE WITH YOU!!!

I almost quit this series but overall it is a great beginning. I just think no one really took the time to see Beau..not as he is now, an adult, but as a child like Meiling!!!

Dark, Intense, and Captivating!

This is the first book in the Devil's Fury MC series. Dingo and Meiling's story is emotional, and passionate. Meiling's story is heart-wrenching. She is beautiful, strong, and resilient. Dingo is handsome, and protective. They are perfect together. The storyline is intense, dark, and captivating. Umi Markkanen did a great job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it. #StoryOrigin

Heed the warnings

This book is darker than the normal MC books that this author writes, so take note of that before continuing. Meiling has had an absolutely horrible life. There are no words to describe how bad it has been. When she comes to the clubhouse, she didn't expect to run into an old friend who is set on helping her. Dingo meets her through that friend and immediately wants to rescue her. Though more than twice her age, they develop of a bond that can't be broken. The narrator is fantastic as always and I look forward to more in this series.
