This was an AWESOME tale of many Bad Decisions!!

I actually grew to like both Scoot and Rockco. ironically despite how much of a monster Rockco is, I liked him better as a character. Aside from Scoot's rapid shift in personality at the end of the book, everything else was amazing! The escalation and casual violence made sense and was made even better by Scoot and Rockco's contrasting personalities. The last chapter actually caught me off guard since I completely forgot about that mystery. It made perfect sense though!

This is a must read if you like extreme violence and slight mystery!

How many bad decisions can you make .. seriously!
But hey, this is Athan's book so, you know it's gonna be twisted and dark.
Great narration.

Wild

This book was wildly crazy. Very intense and explicit. I did love the storyline and and it was very exciting .Will be looking forward to more books by this author.

The ending

I someone thats not unfamiliar to gore and normally look for splatter punk. The scene with the tongue actually got me which was a nice change.

chaotic, brutal, and hard to look away from

Exactly what the title promises — chaotic, brutal, and hard to look away from. This one moves fast and leans fully into shock and intensity, making it a tough but gripping read if you’re familiar with extreme horror. Not an easy ride, but it definitely leaves an impression.
