Power Never Concedes Anything Without Struggle , Systematic Struggle

Excellent narration of history and systematic efforts to control the miseducation of blacks from enslavement to today. Dr. Brown leaves us with a blue print for Where Do We Go From Here in the

An untold history of American education

This book was packed full of untold stories and shocking facts about the history of black education during Jim Crow. Beautifully written. And the narrator does a great job. Definitely recommend

Great History of Education

Much need narrative for the proper education of all students of true history young and grown to understand how we got to where we’re at today. It’s was a great review for the broad strokes and major players that most of us know, but the new names I learned specifically the sistas that I can study up on as well as the enemies I can name instead of saying “them & they”
