Chapters are not in alignment, chapter3 is actually chapter seven and so on, where is the table of contents? It’s hard to follow

I'm a profitable trader and this book was the game changer that elevated me to the next level. Friendly advice: Go through it slowly, pause the book and spend the necessary time to completely understand the chart examples. Use the glossary for some of the terminology that is unique to the author and don't give up. It took me several attempts to get through it, but it is worth every minute of your time.
