Spectacular

I rarely post a review but this one made me, I have now "read" (in Audible) 59 of Helen's books (30 were the whole Steel Brothers sags). I am an addict for her books. This one just grabbed my heart. Highly recommend. Can't wait to see what book 2 brings. And now I need to pick up the 5 part Follow Me series which has Braeden and Skye's story. (Benjamin's brother whose story came first.

Loved this book!

This book had a different story line than most romance books so it kept me guessing and listening. I highly recommend it.

A Heavy Read

I’m a huge fan of this author as many of her stories have mystery, thrills & adventure
This one focused on the Females trauma of her last relationship pretty much through the entire book
There wasn’t a moment I was rooting for the main characters relationship because he had to tiptoe around her trauma through out 90% of the story
There was very little romance or spice because she was so very fragile from her past trauma
I enjoy reading for an escape from reality with hopes of a story with happiness, romance, spice, thrilling, mystery or adventure but it was just heavy sadness
