This title is the PERFECT name for this book!! Oh my goodness!! So many emotions!! THE END…..soo many GASP!! I was in tears and enraged…all the feels!! GET this book. I need to pause, get a hold of my emotions before I start the second book. Ohhh emmmm gheeeee😳

Complete unexpected ending that took me by surprise!! I loved the whole build up and what followed. The character development was great I still can’t get over the ending

Unexpectedly great!

I started this series on a whim and was pleasantly shocked by how much I loved the storyline and the characters. I normally find a lot of FMC’s to be annoying. I really loved Evie and also loved Xandyr. I loved the slow burn and wow, did not see the plot twist coming at the end and I can almost always predict what’s coming! The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is that this is dual narration rather than duet narration. I will never understand paying for a male and a female narrator and then making both of them voice both male and female characters anyway. At this point, duet narration should be the standard and I won’t give anything five stars without it.
