Elmore Leonard is still the best

This book is smart, scary, sexy, suspenseful, and FUN. A great crime story, with real romance, insight into human nature, humor, pathos, and a very unsettling main villian, I can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent dialogue!

The book was standard Elmore Leonard book with excellent dialogue a a slightly lacking plot. Personal note more Teddy and Vincent and less of the random female characters

The best book I’ve read in a long time.

Great story and narration. Very interesting and exciting story. It’s one of those books that’s really difficult to put down.
