I really enjoyed the characters in this story and the more unique plot. I am from the South so a lot of the “southernisms” resonated with me. I like how the characters tie back to characters in previous series. Really enjoyed Meredith’s and Gray’s story. Can’t wait for the next book in this series.

There was more love and relationship material in this book than any of her others. In the end, I liked it. The suspense was gratifying, tense and kept me guessing. The narrator was outstanding. Advice: since I listen to most of my books because I’m legally blind, I do set a sleep timer for 20 minutes. I don’t want to miss one minute. I also enjoyed the first in the series. Looking forward to the next book. She is an auto pre order author for me. I loved the faith content and the non explicit kissing scenes.
