Loved this series. Not too much angst, no crazy big misunderstandings, the lack of spiciness didn’t detract too much - it was even a pallet cleanser from the standard levels that I enjoy. Loved seeing men who fell so hard for the women. All around great books.

I love the Carter family! I'll miss this series. The ending was perfect though. I really didn't know much about Maverick through the other books so this was great. I didn't want to stop listening. Narration for Mav & Evie were so good.

I just finished this series and am so sorry for it to end. This was my first venture with this author and definitely won’t be my last. Every book had humor and a heartfelt story. I don’t think I could ever pick a favorite brother as each was special in their own way. I highly recommend the series, if you start with the first book, I guarantee you won’t be able to stop until the last page of the final book. These books are especially perfect for those of you who enjoy some sweet kisses and spice with no open doors or descriptive sex scenes.
