Loved every second of this book and can’t wait for the next one. Both narrators are perfect for this book.

"My Dark Fairy Tale" was a rollercoaster of emotions and a free vacation to Florence at the same time. The scenarios in this book were immaculate, and I found myself wondering if I could spend a summer in Italy like my girl Guinevere.

I adore this book to pieces from the Italy vibes to the possessive male main character to the genuine and authentic Guinevere. Everything was so well done. So perfectly well written.

There's always something about mafia romance that makes me giggle every time, and it's undoubtedly how the mmc Hates (and hurts!) everyone but her and Raffa, let me tell you... NAILED IT in this trope.

Guinevere was one of those female main characters that I loved to meet and thst I was rooting since the beginning.

The plot was so immersive and addictive that I couldn't put this one down for even a second. I loved the chemistry between them, the moments and especially the side characters!

Giana let me on the edge of my seat... again. And now I don't know what to do with my life while I am waiting for book two because excuse me, how can I move on?

Please pick this one. It's such an addictive and bingeable book.

If Giana writes it I will read it

I don't read a lot of mafia romance but Raffaele and Guinevere's story is delicious. This is a perfect blend of spice and intriguing plot. The romance is a slight slow burn but they keep you on your toes.

CJ Bloom and Dane Anderson did a fantastic job bringing these characters to life. I will say I usually listen at 1.75 speed and had to slow it down a little because Dane's Italian accent was to good and I was struggling to understand the thick accent. However they nailed these characters and I have no complaints otherwise!

Cliffhanger

The story was good until the very end. It was a disconnect between what was happening and the female findings out things and her explanation as to how she knew thing. Still waiting for book 2. Out in Oct 2025.

I will devour anything and everything she writes because I just know it will be a banger of a read.

I loved Raffa and Guinevere with my whole heart. These two were full of chemistry and they did not disappoint. Raffa was such an alpha male but it was very clear that Guinevere is his soft spot because he would do *anything* to keep her safe.

I loved the story of Guinevere travelling to Italy to learn more about her family history...and I hope she gets some answers in the next book!

Their meet-cute started off the book super strong and had me hooked right from the beginning! And now we have to wait until OCTOBER to finish their story! Eek!!
