In this harsh world, the entities that lurk in the darkest corners of Nell's nightmares await her in hungry anticipation.

As Nell and Darragh vanquish monsters and ghouls, their affections for one another take root. Just when this treacherous tale is beginning to look like a love story, Darragh is captured by a wretched, cadaverous queen.

It took a bit to get into this one but when it picked up I really enjoyed it!!

I just can't with the accents.

I really tried to like this book and get through it but the accents are unbearable and I just can't. Also, the characters go from zero to raging in one second or less. It gets exhausting.
