Chance Monroe is the exact opposite of his best friend, Malakai, but somehow allows himself to be sucked into his never-ending drama. Dealing with a very jealous, vindictive ex, he starts to listen to Malakai’s warped point of view.

Different as night and day, these young, successful black men find themselves engulfed in circumstances that neither of them could’ve ever imagined. The old saying play with fire and you get burned is proven true in this explosive urban tale of greed, love, lust, and deadly consequences.

It was an okay read needed more substance just and alright novel could have been better.
