In Kaiju Task Force: Code Omega, the world is thrown into chaos when a massive rift opens off the coast of Alaska, unleashing Omega—a towering, eight-story Kaiju with black scales, a glowing red diamond on her forehead, and three deadly red slits on either side of her neck that fire devastating energy beams.

Omega comes from an alternate Earth where dinosaurs never went extinct, instead evolving into monstrous creatures after being mutated by a radioactive meteor shower. Now, she's entered our world on a destructive path, wiping out cities from Alaska to New York, searching for a place to lay her eggs, and leaving the military powerless to stop her.

I did like the back history on the characters particularly the siblings they were just a whole heap of fun very competitive very funny and this book of course it goes into the next story and the next and the next but this really isn't my kind of thing so if you like the large monster battles I think you would probably like it me for me myself definitely not my favorite thing but I did read it I got a few good things out of it but I read it before simply because I didn't want to write it unfairly but at the same time it just isn't my thing

Momma Kaiju

when i got this book I thought it might be like Pacific Rim, but it is much better. I loved the sibling team. I want more of this story.

Better than I expected

I read the novellas on Kindle and thought that was it and I come over to audible and there's three more not on Kindle so I am listening to these one at a time and just enjoying every minute of it. I don't understand why this author isn't bigger than he is he should be all over the place he is that good and the reader is Amazing. Fun story and loved every single minute of it!

So good!

Received as an audio copy to review from the author, this is an honest review. Anchored with the excellent performance from narrator Christian Boswell, Kaiju Task Force: Code Omega that's both vibrantly and poignantly written becomes a white-knuckle, adrenaline rush of an adventure that tests determination to want to survive. Drawn to our Earth from a different dimension, the alien and ancient creature we dub Omega throws humanity into chaos as she brings a path of destruction that forces a specialized task force filled with the brighter minds to be created. The epic battles that ensue, challenges everything mental and physical... pushing the advance to its limits of those put in charge of it. Even Omega has to be keeping upping her own skills to whatever the warriors throw it her. The ending is extraordinary and leaves this series to be something truly memorable.

Highly recommended.

Okay, I know it’s a bit unorthodox (and possibly cheating) to review your own book, but hey, I wrote it, and I like it—flaws and all. So here goes!

I wrote Kaiju Task Force: Code Omega for my nephew Blake, who has a form of autism and an unstoppable love for all things Kaiju. At the time, I was hunting for books he’d enjoy and came up empty. Did I dig deep enough? Probably not. But instead of continuing my search like a sane person, I decided to write a Kaiju story myself. No big deal, right?

Armed with zero experience and a "wing-it-like-Stephen-King" attitude, I dove in. And guess what? Blake loved it! That’s all the validation I needed. Sure, there are things I could have done better (in this book and the two that followed), but it was an incredible learning experience—and seeing my nephew enjoy the story made it all worth it.

Huge shoutout to Christian Boswell, the voice wizard who narrated the audiobook. He brought these massive monsters and epic battles to life in a way that made me want to grab some popcorn and listen along. Seriously, the man deserves an award for making my words sound cooler than they are.

So, if you like Kaiju chaos, heartwarming family inspiration, and a bit of good ol’ trial-and-error storytelling, give Kaiju Task Force: Code Omega a read (or a listen). And hey, leave a review while you’re at it—I can’t keep leaving reviews for myself forever.

Sincerely,
The author who winged it and somehow survived the Kaiju madness.
