too many changes

change in narrator not good takes away from the character dynamic that have been established with the indigenous accent and local talk. now characters sound the same not the same tone as last narrator. but stories ok sad for sage
and follow up on the some character relationships built in previous books

Interesting story on a current topic

Fantastic story telling with great insight into modern family life and arrangements. The narration was excellent at every turn, with compelling voice work.

Didnt care for the narrator change

I get things happen and sometimes you have to go with someone else but the new narrator is very bland compared to the original. All the characters now sound the same and had no personality. That was unfortunate.

Another Dead Body

Seriously, how many dead bodies are usually found in a small mountain town? The national murder rate per year in a population of 100,000 is around 5 victims (highest in urban areas) yet somehow in quaint rural Lily Rock violent crimes are more than 10 times higher Chicago or NYC.
