There was right, there was wrong, and then there was the in-between.

First, I knew that Shasha Semyonov was a bad man. One that did bad things for bad reasons. That didn’t mean that I was rational when it came to him.

Super enjoyable! Not your typical mafia/Bratva book, yet it definitely has the elements. It’s a lot lighter, but it’s set more in the main stream society. Super fun actually. I just really enjoyed it. I do wish I was just a bit longer!! I’m definitely going to listen to more in the series!

This book was definitely a fun first book to the spin-off of the Carter Brothers series! I enjoyed this audio book and hearing the male and female narrators. They brought the story to life for me. I cannot wait for the next book in the series now!
