I think I may just love Holiday Romances

Holiday romance might actually be my thing… especially when there’s a spicy grandma I fully aspire to become one day.
Jolly & Jaded by DJ Krimmer would have been a solid read in any format, but the audiobook really took it up a notch. Joe Arden and Amanda Willow added that extra spark that made the story even more fun to sink into.
There’s a heavier backstory woven in, but the overall vibe stays light, festive, and easy to enjoy. It was the perfect listen for December.
I listened while “wrapping” Christmas gifts.
By wrapping, I mean sorting everything into piles and calling it progress.
If you’re looking for a holiday romance that’s fun, a little messy, and great company while you pretend to be productive, this one worked for me.

All the Feels

A second chance holiday romance novella that brought all the feels while tackling the reality of trauma, grief, and guilt with compassion and authenticity.

Joe Arden was perfectly cast and flawlessly brought Grant to life. From his grumpy demeanor, vulnerability, and raw emotion that brought me to tears, Joe Arden’s performance is one that will stick with me.

In her debut audiobook, Amanda Willow provided an impressive performance as well, and I look forward to listening to more from her.

I need this to be longer!!! Absolutely LOVED it!

In typical DJ Krimmer fashion, this book was so good! It may have been short, but there was so much character development.

The back story for our MMC and FMC was absolutely heartbreaking, and Joe Arden and Amanda Willow knocked it out of the park. They both had me laughing and crying, smiling, and wanting so much more.

Adorable novella with fab narration!

Such a great little novella. DJ Krimmer knocks it out with this sweet and spicy Christmas novella. The grumpy/sunshine trope is utter perfection.

Both MCs are dealing with grief, guilt, and pain over loosing their brother/best friend in an accident six years ago that left the MMC with a prosthetic leg. It takes both of them working through it together so that they can end up happy together.

Love how Elise finds out she loves the dirty talk and can dish it out as well.

Joe Arden is always a top tier narrator. Amanda Willow does a fab job narrating the FMC.

The spice was spicing and so good.

Ive been wanting to listen to this one for a while and man did it not disappoint. joe and amanda were fire on this one. it was such a natural listen and I was laughing out loud. the spice was perfect the pain hurt. so ya ill be listening every year
