Heartfelt and Beautiful

This book was so well written and inviting. I felt like I was there with her in these stories. Her strong faith is inspiring and really encouraged me to look more at my life and how I'm living it. I am also going to try Journaling again. It was a beautiful read. Highly recommend it if you're looking to read a good memoir and get spiritually encouraged. Truly enjoyed it.

Book of the Year

Of the dozens of books I’ve read this year, this one had the greatest impact on my heart and soul. I am amazed at how easily Jenny pulled up a chair at my kitchen table, sat down and shared her life story with me. As she spoke, she convinced me that God is good and can be trusted. Her words made me laugh, cry, rejoice and celebrate. I gladly posted this book on my social media page to encourage my friends to read it as well. Now my attention is on the challenge at the end of the book where I will journal my own open-handed faith journey.

My life is forever changed!!

Growing up and well into adulthood, I am brutally aware that we all have ups and downs, hills and valleys and major struggles that no one else sees. I will read this book over and over!

I cannot express how much I loved (and needed) this book! The way Jenny shared her triumphs, struggles, fears, answered prayers, ETC encouraged me yet also challenged me. I purchased the audio version, so hearing her read it to me made me feel as though I was sitting at the kitchen table with her as we shared as friends. I have many in my life that I’ll be purchasing this book for so that they too can experience its transformative message of hope.
