This was a fun and spicy read. LOVED ever minute of it! Up next… Tate and I assume his PA.

Love love love

Loved this book and the roller coaster of emotions it puts you through. At first Rhyland wasn’t my favorite. I thought he was mean to Dylan. As I kept reading he grew on me. This book was hard to put down. 10 out of 10 a must read.

Wow!

This story did not disappoint. All the ups and downs. It was absolutely amazing. As always, Teddy Hamilton knocked the MMC roll out of the park.

Love all the tropes

Good series, good tropes, good characters and story line. This is Dylan and Rhylan's story which obviously are characters from the first book in the series. Dylan is Ro's sister and Cal's best friend, Rhylan is Ro's best friend (there's the first trope BF Sister).
Dylan and her daughter Gravity move to NY to basically "house sit" for Ro and Cal. She needed to get out of their small town so they asked if she could house sit for them. What they didn't tell her was that Rhylan lived upstairs in the penthouse. After the accidental run in on Dylan's arrival to NY one of Rhylan's potential business investors assumed they were a couple and having a little argument in front of their building. Since Rhy needs that investment he convinces Dylan to keep up the lie and be his fake fiance, she agrees at an insane rate of compensation but he knows it will be worth it in the end because of the money he stands to make. There are a few flashbacks to them being younger and where you understand there is a little bit of history other than bf sister. They banter back/forth with each other and start to grow on each other all over again and as they continue to pretend they both realize there is no pretending they are actually into each other. They agree they could hook up but continue to pretend to be engaged and hide it from her brother and their friends.
Worth the read, especially if you've already read book 1.
