AI voice sucks

The voice does, in no way, resemble the human voice while reading a story. There is no female voice, nor masculine voice, just the same flat monotone. There is no inflection of emotion. There is no recognition of abbreviations an example with OB-GYN when it is pronounced Aabjin. The flow of the story stops while you try to puzzle each confusing error so you can understand the meaning and desperately try to keep up with the story at the same time. I LOVE THIS BOOK AND THE AUTHOR. I have read it many times. I am just trying Audible. The stories with females and male voice actors is infinitely better than the AI as you lose nothing in the flow of the story. Though I am enjoying Audible immensely.
