Frustrating

The narrators might as well be robots, they read on and on without expression. I usually enjoy rehearing these old classics but not in this case. There are no titles and each book is presented in individual chapters rather than the complete book. You can, with patience, identify each book by scrolling through the PDF……since there are over 300 chapters it’ takes a bit of time. You can also locate the individual titles by looking for the 5 or 6 second chapters…….they seem to mark the beginning of a new story. When I skipped to the second reader I realized the performance was not going to improve so gave up on it, there are far better versions of these loved stories

where is the PDF I was promised?

No PDF, no table of contents. basically impossible to navigate.

Others are complaining about the voice actors. I think they're fine.

Really hard to understand what you’re listening to. No PDF that I could find. Would appreciate a list of stories. Reader is ok. A little monotonous.

No Table of Contents - 356 unlabeled chapters

Except for a few stories that sounded like AI, the stories were fine. Unfortunately, they were banged all together into 356 unlabeled chapters. And there is no Table of Contents or any other way to tell which book you're in.

I thought that maybe the PDF would have a Table of Contents, but no. You're left to drown in a bunch of unlabeled chapters. There are 77 novels and short stories and no way to find which ones you haven't already listened to in other audible compilations, or where they're located.

If you want to skip, say, Christies that you've already listened to 3 times this year, you'll have to put in the work to create your own Table of Contents.

Absolutely horrible narration - unable to listen

The stories are good, but the narration is the poorest if any book I've ever listened to. I was so distracted by the unbearable audio, I couldn't listen.

Find the stories somewhere else and save yourself the embarrassment attempting to listen to these narrators.
