Fantastic story-telling

This book was absolutely fabulous and explains the beginnings of who R111 became so beautifully.

Great story, AI voice wasn’t the best but not the worst

Informative and helpful! AI voice isn’t my fave but it mostly doesn’t detract from the overall story

A STORY ABOUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

First, the virtual narration is TRASH. I’ve listened to almost 4,000 audiobooks. Many times I would purchase a title in a new genre just based on the narrator. This virtual thingie mispronounced common words.

Now let’s talk about the story. I love anything about the Plantagenets but this story was awful. Based on very little historical facts, the children who were the subject talked & acted like they were growing up in the 21st century not the 15th. The books reads more like a high school history paper. Very disappointing.
