Just as you think you're awake, the nightmare sucks you back under.

Michael Talbot, his squad, and followers have suffered hardship and loss along the way, but finally, after years of searching, they have reached their Colorado homestead and settled in. But the world hasn't finished with them yet. A ferocious and determined enemy draws them back into the war for Humankind, and this time, the battle will be final.

As they make an uneasy alliance with Avalyn, who has taken her place as the zombie queen, it's a race to see if whether it's already too late to dismantle the deadliest weapon ever created. The enemy has developed both a means to salvation and absolute damnation, and there is no easy way to separate the two. In this all or nothing campaign, there are no guarantees of success or even survival, and everything must be sacrificed if anything is to be saved.

Fifteen years after its initial publication, the epic series Zombie Fallout concludes. With 25 full-length novels, two novellas, a graphic novel, and a host of spinoffs, a generation of fans has stayed rivetted on the horrific, often comic adventures of Mike Talbot and his scrappy crew as they navigate the monster-strewn post-apocalyptic world. Join thousands of fans for the ride of your life in this gripping finale!

I found Marks books at the beginning of Covid and from the very first time I listen to the preview I was hooked... along the way I've laughed, I've cried, I've gagged and lost my appetite at certain times.. although I am sad that this is the last book. I'm so glad to have found zombie fallout and Mark's writings.. not at one moment was I ever board with any of these stories, from the first one to the last one!
This last book was so engrossing I finished it way too fast.. i cried when I was on the last chapter. I'm sad the story ended. But I'm Happy with how it ended.
Thank you for ended the last line in the book the way you did. Trip is My Favorite Character throughout the ZF series.

Wow!!! I was almost afraid to start this book, afraid I would hate it because it's the last one. But I loved it. I'm only sad the series is finished. It was an amazing wrap. I look forward to many more Mark Tufo stories, he's just so good. And it goes without saying that the narration was fantastic, I mean 25 books in the series narrated by Sean Runette! And I have listened to every one. He is great!

Amazing!

Not sure I liked the ending but the “trip” was well worth it! I have been listening to these books since they first came out in audio. I can’t imagine anyone else but Sean Runnette as Michael. When I hear Sean doing other publications I automatically start thinking of Mike Talbot and the enjoyment that has come from the Talbot multiverse. Thank you Mark Tufo and Sean Runnette.
A comment at the end of the book said that it was the end of Zombie Fallout but not of the Talbot multiverse. Can’t wait for the next adventure!

I feel like I lost a friend!

In 2012 on a whim I was scrolling through my kindle looking for something to read and stumbled onto a free book, it was a B list zombie horror by some unknown author. I started it and finished it in 2 days. It was slightly vulgar and had that dark humor that made it feel almost familiar. I bought the second book in the trilogy for maybe .99 and the third as well.
Then the books just kept coming. Each one was an adventure with well rounded characters and the side stories that tied everything together so nicely. Eventually the author started writing different journeys with different monsters but always with the same characters, new stories and different roles for everyone. New people sprinkled in to freshen the plot.
Yesterday I finished the last book in the original series and I am not ashamed to admit that it made me tear up. Thinking this was the last time I’d get to go on that journey with those friends.
So in conclusion this is I suppose my long winded way of thanking the very talented author Mark Tufo for 15 years of constant humor and heartbreak.

Great story
