Good narration. Good story.

I am impressed with Maxwell's character development. The evolution of his personality and relationship with Royce has been interesting to watch. The mysteries have also been increasingly engaging. The accuracy of the police and medical procedures is suspect. The narration by Matt Haynes continues to be entertaining. Overall, a pleasurable read/listen that has me looking forward to the next book.

One of My Favorite Series

Don't listen to the naysayers! I've read all the books and have all the Audible versions so far, so I know there's a book 7. That will tie up all the Audible versions, which I look forward to . In the meantime I have to be satisfied with the Kindle book to move on from Kiss, Marry, Kill.

Since book 6 just came out in March of 2025, I'm hoping book 7 is in the works.

Yes, Finally!!

I was starting to lose hope that the next volume would come out on Audible, so I was doubly ecstatic when I got the alert it was released! I went back and listened to the whole series from the beginning again before listening to the 7th installment, because it had been a while since the last one released on audible. I enjoyed the earlier books again just as much the second go around, and I loved this new chapter in the series. The characters are so great and well developed. The tension between Maxwell and River is hilarious to me, and the twists and turns of this story kept me fully engaged to the end. I hope the next book comes out soon, because this one has a real cliffhanger!

The story is wonderful and really brought to life by Matt Haines. I can’t imagine any other narrator for this series.

There is nothing I dislike about this book. I can’t wait for the next book to come out in Audio. 🥰🥰🥰
