Heart Felt

This story touched me in ways I could not have imagined. The nastiness and evil that happened to the poor people needed to be stopped. The difference between the couple made them stronger together. The Gods blessed them and the changes that needed to happen for the people. This book will be one of my favorites.

Amazing

This is one of the best stories I've heard in a very long time. This was a nonstop wild ride. I was screaming DAMN while listening to the prolouge. It's been years since I read/listened to a book that had me laughing out loud and talking back to the characters. Truly an enjoyable listen. The performers were outstanding and they brought the story to life.

To often I've listened to audio books were the performers gave nothing as they performed. That was not the case here, Job well done these performers could teach a master class. Also, I'll add that the story created by ES was a major reason they preformed so well.
This love story was short but impactful. The world ES created was wild and harsh but interesting. The characters had great chemistry and the difference in their two worlds explained a lot why they responded the way they did.

Love this story would recommend to anyone.

interesting BWWM(biracial)WARRIOR STORY

I really liked the warrior's religion to save himself for his future wife. But he lack of manners which made slave girl feel like she didn't have a choice.."coercion" is not good. Eventually she "fell" in "like" with him because he offered her a better life. He was attracted to her looks ( mainly) she was in survival mode. I appreciate that characters in story had different skin colors and came from other tribes. BRAVO for inclusive story writing.. THIS WAS WORTH A CREDIT.. good job.

Great story! Loved the characters!

My only issue is the story is too short. Would love more about these characters. Looking forward to the new reading more from this author.

Simply Wonderful 🤩🤩

This story was AMAZING!! It reminded me of a Johanna Lindsey story I read eons ago but better because the main character was black! The voices were EXCELLENT, perfect for the characters, I’d listen over and over just to hear the accents. The only reason I am not giving the story itself 5 stars is because I wish it was longer, it ended waaaaaaay too quickly, I need MORE!! More love, more details, and more SPICE!! The love making was very well written!! Overall worth having as an audiobook as well as in print!!
