Billy is a Wyoming horse breeder. Mostly Quarter Horses and the occasional Appaloosa. He is also a Super Matcher, one of five in the world and the only one in America. Better than a machine and more accurate than artificial intelligence, Billy can pick out a face in a crowd and no disguise or even plastic surgery can fool him. It’s a talent he didn’t ask for, but one that his country desperately needs.

A man is coming. He plans to kill. To make an example. Only Billy can find him. Only Billy can stop him. It’s just a matter of violence. And time is running out.

Flesh and bone can be changed. The geometry of the face cannot.
