An attention keeping masterpiece

kc Kean has, yet again, written characters I care about. I have read the series through now and listened to the books available and frankly all I want is to spend some more time with Tatum, and swoon over Blaze. my only complaint is that it's over.

I love all KC’s books! This is very interesting and I can’t wait to find out what happens next. I’m mad at Lincoln and what happened at the end though.

🚨WARNING 🚨Some spoilers but not any more than you can get from reading the description...

It starts off slow. The MFC is strong willed and she doesnt remember much before she is taken at 10 years old to live in a facility where we are just as confused as she is. Soon bits and pieces are revealed peeling back the layers that stand between her and the truth. She knows her memories have been wiped though she doesn't know why. She cant even remember her true name.
The narrators do an excellent job and im kind of a snob when it comes to that to be honest.
The story line is unique yet relatable. when she comes of age she and the others in her year are sent to an academy where she finds out supernaturals are real and she may be one of them. The sorting waters, yup like THE sorting hat, reveals what quadrant they belong in. The HUMANS with knowledge of supernaturals. The WOLVES who are shifters with all the physical perks. The VAMPIRES who seem to be the most prejudice. The WITCHES who seem to be the common link between factions yet not enough to blur the lines.. much 😏
it ends in a cliffhanger and cant wait till book 2 that im sure i will devour also.

I wish KC Kean had all her books on Audible. She's one of my favorite authors. This series was really good. All characters were likable. Well, it took me a minute to warm up to Lincoln but he redeemed himself. Narrators were fantastic!
