HARD TIMES

My name is Casey Dozer, and I have been working on a horse ranch in the three corners area. That is what they call the area where Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas all meet. I have been working there for the best part of five years. I am on my way home, because I received a telegram from my mother that read, come home. She would never have sent that telegram unless there was a serious problem.
Casey comes home to find her missing, and a stranger, claiming ownership of his home. The battle between the two of them has ramifications for Casey that will last for years.
