Much like the first Sapphire Lake book this one is full of sweet and saucy moments. Travis and Cass made a pact 10 years ago that if they are not married, they shall marry one another. She thinks Travis is full of it, Travis knows he is being completely honest. Just how can he show her that he is being serious? Can Cassidy actually date her brothers best friend?

Because it is an Irene book it is FULL of bedroom moments, but it comes with so much more. Always Heated also has talk of SSRIs, therapy, burning out and love. So much love. It is a very fast paced book, so while there is some background in the first book the days go by quite quickly in this just over 5 hours audiobook!

Wonderful soothing voices. The characters are well represented and make this a fast audio. Some banter, plenty of open door scenes, and yearning for more than a best friend relationship makes this audio production a winner.
