Spoiled, overbearing, selfish, and destructive, Princess Lucienne Simone Demarais is a wrecking ball of trouble. Everything from starting bar fights to crashing stolen carriages, she is out of control. Her father, King Richaud the Second of Montagne has had enough but is out of options. Finally he decides to force her to either marry an unbearable Prince from the Kingdom north of Montage or join the Blue Covenant, a magic wielding religious order for a few months.Not wanting to be married to an unbearable lout, she has no choice but to join the Covenant as an initiate Priestess. Put through physical and mental trials she becomes a Priestess and is sent out on a mission of aid. While out on this mission along the northern border she stumbles across a plot that threatens to bring down the entire Kingdom.
