Donald and his lifelong friend formed a business partnership that quickly made them millions. But a fishing trip to Miami changed everything when James unwittingly came into possession of drug cartel information. An untimely death followed his discovery but not before James could encode the data into their company software.

Unaware of his friend's actions, Donald naively fell into the mystery, which threatened to ruin the company. Forced to follow the instructions of an enigmatic person, Donald was sent on a maddening run across the country for answers. Only after proving his trustworthiness, the two meet and unite to learn the truth behind James’ death.

Meanwhile, Colombian operatives are in hot pursuit of the records and the pair soon find themselves in over their heads. Enlisting the help of an FBI agent, their mission holds unexpected turns.
