Computer Generated Narration Makes This Insufferable

The content could be decent, but the delivery is torturous. Some lazy idiot just scanned a book into an outdated audio program and put it on the market. There is no way anyone listened to this crap, much less edited it before it was uploaded to Audible.

15% of the words in the book are football abbreviations (e.g. WR, RB2, etc) that the computer either reads out, or misinterprets. I love the pronunciations of “offensive”, along with every non standard players name. On a positive note, I did learn that there is a new NFL franchise in Nebraska (NE), so there’s that.

This makes me want to cancel my subscription.
