Another Banger

I wasn’t super thrilled at first. But once the plot took off I couldn’t put it down. I’ll be going right into book 2. Fantastic series. I also love the nod to Aster Fall. Another one of my favorites.

Great start

A great book one and start to a hopefully long series. Story is flushed out and keeps you entertained. Characters are not one dimensional some are better flushed out than others but that’s to be expected. Mc is not a pushover and is not an idiot which is great. Can’t wait for book 2. Please give this book a listen and if you have not read his Otherworld Academy, or Tower of Singularity series’s try them out too was not a huge fan of his dragon series but love the rest of his works and really hope he can continue to write for a living.

One of my Favorites!

I feel like I've read so many of the same apocalypse/litrpg/harem novels that they get stale quickly. This one not only avoids that, but manages to be everything I want out of the genre!

Characters are smart and reasonable. No stupid decisions made or plot holes. Cool and unique abilities. Romantic relationships are believable and doesn't feel like MC is collecting women. Great voice acting.

Can't wait for the next audio books!

Big deacon frost fan but this one wasn’t for me.

Historically I’ve loved most of Deacons stories, but this one lost me at the healer/pet class. I personally don’t like MCs that lack agency in fights and have to hide behind their teams. Just a personal preference of mine, story is still really polished as always and I’m sure most people will really like it.
