This gay paranormal romance collection features the three books in the Grizzly Mountain Lodge trilogy—Liam, Logan, and Lucas.

Liam (Book 1):
Eli wants out of his gilded cage. When he finally tastes freedom, he wants to hold onto it for as long as he can. Bumping into a growly Alpha grizzly shifter isn’t part of his plans. Neither is falling in love.

Logan (Book 2):
Logan is distrustful of the new cook. Billy is adorably snarky, and he makes the best chocolate croissants. He’s unlike any Omega Logan has ever met. What’s worse? Logan suspects Billy might be exactly what he needs.

Lucas (Book 3):
Lucas is the last unmated Griffin brother. He keeps telling his brothers he doesn’t need a mate. Deep down, Lucas wants it all—his very own Omega, a brood of kids, and a home to call his own. He knows Milo is the one, but the Omega still has scars on his heart from his recent breakup. Lucas won’t take defeat lying down.

Couldn't keep going after an hour

So the AI voice I could deal with, but this story feels like it was written by a ten year old. "Liam walked to the door. Liam didn't want to think about this. Liam didn't want to scare anyone." It was like they couldn't have a single sentence without the POV character's name it in. That sounded more like a chat RPG than a story. I couldn't keep going. It was very clipped and without much insight to the character's thoughts and feelings, only described actions, and not in much detail. The spicy bit I did listen to was very generic, like it was uncomfortable for the author to go into detail, and their vocabulary was rudimentary at best. I was looking forward to listening to their other works, but now I'm not so sure. I don't usually preview anything, but I might to avoid wasting a credit.

AI still needs work

This is narrated by AI but is not the worst I've heard. Doesn't anyone listen to or edit AI production? When AI reads the period at the end of a sentence as "dot," someone should fix it. Changing how the MC's name is pronounced periodically is a pet peeve of mine, but again, other books have been worse. Emphasizing in weird places or on the wrong word, it's just bad. I've listened to 7 or 8 books in a row to see what AI has to offer. If Audible plans to go AI, I'm going back to Kindle.
