it was good

well I think the writing itself wasn't great, I do think a lot of the information within the book was solid. this will absolutely not go down as one of my favorites, but I do think that there is value to be gleaned from within.

that said, we are once again let down by virtual voice. I think because of the way the author chose to write the book (there are a LOT of unnecessary adverbs in here), the virtual voice made it feel pretty tedious. I think that if you're interested in this book, the non-audio version would be the way to go.

as I said before, there is value to be had here, and overall I think it was a good book. I think every book on this kind of subject is worth checking out, and this is no different.
