I liked the amount of researched that went into getting the facts behind this book. This was so helpful to get a good understanding of what to look for and do to get healthy.

fascinating information, including how to verify facts

it starts out pretty slow and hard to get through some of the ground work, but then takes off and is fascinating, eye opening and encouraging, giving you plenty of information to do additional research and well supported solutions to address your own health concerns. Especially in the beginning of the book, he does make logical fallacies that don't always follow concise supported conclusions. however, you don't have to be a logical systematic genius to get actual truth across, even if there would be better ways to do it. For example one could believe the source of rain was the god of thunder and still get to the truth of the benefits of rain, but it would have been better just to get to the point without the false attribution of some deity. Although the information could be delivered in a more and concise way, it is still an awesome book that I will be recommending to friends, family, and anyone I hear suffering from the effects of long covid or the effects of the vaccines. it is also valuable to understand the mentality of governments and pharmaceuticals in their developments of medicines. the information in this book will equip us to better handle future pandemic situations, and help us to better recognize government, corporation or pharmaceutical potential propaganda.
