Prequel

This prequel to the Warrior Hearts Academy series is a dark, slow-burn paranormal/fantasy why choose romance. It has it all — intriguing characters, sizzling chemistry, sharp banter, and an exciting world full of danger and twists. I loved the mix of action, humor, and passion. Stefanie Kay and JF Harding were fantastic in bringing the story to life. A fun and addictive listen!

A Fun & Quick Read

I thought the story was fun and different. It felt a bit rushed in some instances, particularly in the character relationships and the transition of the main character in the end. Since this is a prequel the progression makes some sense, but I would have liked more. Perhaps in the subsequent books more is revealed and there is a bit more world building. The narrators did a great job. Overall it was a decent listen and I'd consider continuing the series to see what direction the story takes with the academy, and if we'll see some of these characters in the subsequent books.

10/10 recommend this one,the storyline is great it’s duet narration with sound effects very enjoyable. And multiple POV,that’s a must for me. I really hope the author will release the rest of the series like this…very very soon if possible lol.

Licked is the prequel to the Warrior Hearts Academy series. Faith has lived in the human realm her entire life. She never knew there was any other realms. She knew that she had a strange ability to. She recently started dreaming of dragons and gorgeous men. One day she was taken by a Saber shifter. That was the day she found out she was not 100% human. Shortly she learns that she is also fated to three men. I can’t wait for the rest of this series.

Stefanie Kay and JF Harding did a fantastic job narrating this book in duet style narration.

A really good listen 🎶

Duet POV narrating is so good. The story is very engaging. Has some really detailed parts that pull the listener into the story. And a really really spicy scene. This is a good RH story they work together. It's a good dynamic between the four main characters. They also have good comedic parts as they bounce off themselves.
