The virtual voice could have been worse. I have certainly heard worse. The story was interesting and I have read it twice.

Interesting Story

This was a mystery with a little bit of angst to it. An interesting take on pride and prejudice. Elizabeth is not a Bennet. She is mr Bennet’s niece. Good Jaff

Needed a real person narration. That would have made it better.
I couldn’t tell who was talking some times. Also Darcy and Elizabeth fell in love too quickly

It is always fun to see Darcy disdainful and jealous before he recognizes his true feelings while Elizabeth is unaware and full of her own pride as well. In this story, the angst was enjoyable because there was the feeling that Elizabeth was not powerless. The mystery of her circumstances gave her a strong sense of self that was empowering. The overall mystery and revelations were very entertaining. Elizabeth's interactions with Mr. Collins and even Caroline Bingley were hilarious. Any story with a comeuppance without redemption for Caroline will always be a favorite. Though the eventual comeuppance with redemption for Darcy is always most enjoyable. Virtual Voice selection was very well matched to the story, especially at 1.1x speed.
