Cliff Hanger!

This is such an interesting series. Tough storylines, but doesn’t mire you down in the angst of it all.
Both main characters have hard backgrounds, but it’s part of the story and not THE story / central focus. Likable main characters, each with their own challenges, but genuinely good. The hint of a deeper connection developing is welcome. However, this Book 2 is a definite cliffhanger and Book 3 is not due to release on Audible until the end of next April, 6 mos. Oh noooo! lol The narration is good, but perhaps not as serious / professional as one might hope for with a book this good.

Even better than the first—I'm officially hooked!

After finishing Method of Revenge, I am now completely invested in reading this entire series. I actually liked this second installment even more than the first; Cara Devlin’s writing is just fantastic. She has a way of being incredibly detailed and immersive without ever becoming boring or over-explaining. On to the next book in the series!

I’m so invested now… when is book three coming out? Love that the story line was intriguing and kept you guessing and I also love the constant back and forth between the two main characters. I appreciate that it was clean as well.
