Dark, creepy, and atmospheric

Ah, yes. This story is what I needed from Ms Fisher. Dark, creepy, slow burn, atmospheric re-telling. And I love her name dropping of Jane Rochester along with a happy ending tied up with a bow 🥰

interesting twist to vampires

this story caught my attention right from the start. its an interesting telling of vampires and how they come to be and how one tried to change history of the life and bloodline.

His voice is very sexy

I feel like the story could have been so much more. Maybe I am used to read books with more than 500 pages. But it felt too short and not many details. But I did enjoyed the actors. And it make it all better. I also like to read it at the same time than listening it. Kindle made it even better.

Not the best Dracula book

This book wasn’t what I expected. You have a creature who like isn’t the vampire you expect and someone who isn’t a vampire after all. It was a little more creepy than what I would want. I couldn’t wait for the book to be over.
