When Claire Ashford gets a job documenting the history of Gray Hollow Manor, a crumbling estate tucked deep in the mist-shrouded woods, she expects a fresh start and a chance to delve into the history of a stately home steeped in mystery. But the manor has secrets of its own. Shadows dance in darkened corridors, whispers drift through empty rooms, and the walls seem to breathe with life. As Claire explores the house’s haunted history, she uncovers stories of lost souls who have been tethered to the manor for centuries.

Thomas Grayson, her boss, is a brooding enigma who knows more about the manor and the dangers lurking within, than he's willing to admit. Drawn to him yet wary of his secrets, Claire soon realizes that Thomas may be more connected to the house—and to her—than she could ever have imagined.

But the manor’s spirits are restless, and they don’t welcome new residents. As night falls, Claire must unravel the mysteries of Gray Hollow Manor before she, too, becomes a whisper in the shadows.

Perfect for fans of gothic horror and chilling romance, Gray Hollow Manor: Whispers in the Shadows invites readers to step inside… if they dare.

This book felt like watching a show with the same plot over and over and over again unfortunately I did not care for this book. It was one of the first times. I listened to a book and did not enjoy it. I did go ahead and finish it because I started it, but from beginning to the end, the story was just poorly directed And the same thing kept happening over and over again in the book. It just made no sense it may be for someone else, but unfortunately, it wasn’t for me.
