Virtual voice

No distinction between voices of characters was off putting. Often found myself thinking one character was speaking, only to realize it was another.

Good story - poor narration

The story concepts were interesting but the virtual narration was terrible. No inflection, urgency, tone, or the ability to tell one character from another. It made listening very difficult. I had to rewind several times to figure out who was supposed to be talking.
