Packed full of useful points well explained

Very accessible explanations with illustrative examples. The book is well organized and addresses what I think of as a difficult topic in a very entertaining manner. It is not dry at all, as it frames topics with perspectives and insights. I recommend this book for people with a wide range of expertise - I do not think any baseline would be necessary to follow just fine, yet as the insights reflect loads of experience it should also be very good for those experienced with patents to hear these thoughts from this author.
