This book repeats 4 lines, 100 ways, and offers no practical solutions whatsoever. It really messes with your head because it sounds like your listening to the preview over and over for 2 hours. I'm glad it was free because I would've felt it was a waste of my money. Turns out, it was just a waste of time. Don't bother. There are many good books on this topic that help the reader identify the problem and instruct how to overcome it. This book was identify the problem on repeat.

lame and waste of time
