Discover how to perform under pressure and play your best when it matters most. Wicked Smart Golf III is your roadmap for thriving in tournament golf—whether you're playing your first event or chasing your next big win. Written by +2 handicap and mental golf coach Michael Leonard, this audiobook delivers proven strategies to help you compete with confidence, stay consistent, and perform like a seasoned player—without changing your swing.

Drawing from over 350 days of competitive experience, including Korn Ferry Tour Q-School, state and city amateur championships, and elite team events, this book goes beyond generic advice. Instead, you’ll get practical tools and a step-by-step framework to help you show up fully prepared, manage nerves, and stay composed under pressure.

If Wicked Smart Golf helped you play better without swing changes and Wicked Smart Golf II gave you the blueprint to break 80 consistently, this third installment takes you inside the ropes—where mindset, routine, and tournament strategy matter most.

You’ll learn how to find the right events for your game, train with purpose, and prepare mentally and physically to perform your best. You’ll also discover how to reset after bad shots, manage energy across 18 holes, and adapt your strategy for one-day qualifiers, multiday events, match play, and team competitions. Finally, you’ll build a post-round reflection process that reinforces confidence and helps you grow with each round.

This isn’t about playing perfect golf. It’s about making smarter decisions, staying calm under pressure, and creating a repeatable system you can trust in the heat of competition.

Whether you want to win your club championship, qualify for elite amateur events, or simply play your best when it matters most, Wicked Smart Golf III will help you think, prepare, and compete like a true tournament golfer. Press play and take your competitive game to the next level.

I’ve committed to improving my mental game in tournaments this year and this book is the perfect playbook to do that.

It gave me actionable strategies I implemented the same day and saw results. I started a tournament with a double bogey and made 3 birdies on the next 8 holes from Michael’s advice.

Can confidently say this book has changed my approach to tournament golf, and it’s perfect for the car ride to the course.

If you’re serious about taking your tournament game to the next level, Wicked Smart Golf III is a must-read. This book is like having a clutch-playing, mentally unshakeable caddie whispering in your ear on every tee box and green.

Unlike most golf books that recycle tired clichés, this one delivers real, practical strategies for performing when it counts. From pre-round prep to post-bogey bounce-backs, the insights are specific, actionable, and immediately useful. It doesn’t just hype up mental toughness—it teaches you how to build it.

What really stands out is how relatable and digestible the content is. You don’t need a PhD in sports psychology to benefit. The author mixes personal anecdotes, pro-level insights, and on-course scenarios that mirror exactly what competitive golfers experience when the pressure’s on.

Whether you’re a weekend warrior playing your club championship or chasing low rounds in amateur events, this book belongs in your bag (or at least your nightstand). It's confident without being cocky, informative without being preachy, and packed with wisdom that could easily shave a few strokes when it matters most.

Bottom line: if you want to show up in tournaments with more confidence, clarity, and composure—read this book. Twice.
