Jack wanted an easy win; the game wanted a whole new Jack.

After a breakup and an ultimatum from his father to start paying rent, Jack is forced to take a hard look at his life choices, and it feels like everything is falling apart. It's not that he doesn't want to get his act together; it's just that another day at his dead-end job feels like a trap.

Jack believes he's meant for something more, but he just can't seem to catch a lucky break. Then he discovers New Earth, an MMORPG where some lucky players are making a real living. Convinced he's found his ticket to wealth, he dives in. Besides, all the cool kids are doing it, and it looks like craftsmen, especially, are raking in the cash. What better way to win back his girlfriend and prove to his dad he's on the right track than becoming a millionaire in the game? It almost sounds too good to be true.

Maybe it is. Maybe this MMORPG will put Jack to work like never before. And maybe, just maybe, he'll go from an immature brat to a hardworking man.

Hidden Class: Handyman is a cozy progression fantasy coming-of-age series set in a virtual reality MMORPG by the same author who wrote Hidden Class: Pacifist and Snap Craft. Listen if you like crafting, dinosaurs, and pyramids.

This is a great start with great possibilities showing a lot of different characters who could become really good side characters and a main character who is interesting in his choices. It shows the possibilities for the next one. In the series and his Heis. and lows that could come Of what's going on

Great start with great possibilities

Story has potential that's not met. MC is a whiny hate to root for him entitled brat to start. Narrator mispronounces, over pronounces like a spastic gang bangin wanna be, and ruins much of the story/ story got better until the very end, when it returned to angst ridden whiny boy idiocy. the world is unique, the system same. Start production over, Fire this editor and get a new one. problems like these are rampant in audible currently. Im not getting my moneys worth.

A better narrator, Better pronunciation, Better??
